Hey Friends!

We're Amanda and Kimberly, the proud owners of Vogue PDX. Let us take a moment to introduce ourselves and share our journey with you. Our friendship spans over 15 years, nearly two decades – time really does fly, doesn't it? We first crossed paths in the small town of Thomaston, GA, during our high school years. Amanda, originally from Portland, made the cross-country move in her freshman year, while Kimberly is a true Georgia native.

Our initial connection? Well, it happened in the most unexpected place – gym class. Neither of us were particularly athletic, but as we strolled (and we mean slowly strolled) around the track, we found common ground in our love for music and teenage angst. Think of it as a real-life Daria and Jane scenario – that's us!

Fast forward to post-graduation days. Amanda returned to Portland, and Kimberly pursued her passion for photography in college. Eventually, Kimberly made her way to the Pacific Northwest, and that's when we truly began to navigate our 20s together. And let's just say we had our fair share of adventures – it's a wonder we survived!

As we entered our 30s, we settled into our respective careers and lives. Amanda became a wife, a mother to identical twin girls, and a successful wedding planner (shoutout to Amanda Jean PDX Events). Kimberly became an architectural photographer (shoutout to Kimberly Stevenson Photography), a mother to her not-so-kitten-anymore feline companions, Miles and Osa, and found happiness with her boyfriend, Diego.

Working with your best friend is a dream come true and after much planning, it became clear that combining Kimberly's camera expertise with Amanda's event planning skills was a natural fit for our photo booth company.
